An addition surcvharge of 50% on the price listed on the site may be added on the following dates: 24th, 25th, 26th 31st December, 1st January

There may be additional charges if the passenger makes additional stops en route on a journey

At the airport the fare includes 60 mins waiting time starting from when the plane lands. After this time waiting time may be applied. We monitor flights for any delays and there will be no extra cost to the passenger should the flight land at a later time

Payments may be made by cash or credit card. Credit Card payments must be made in advance and are subject to a £2 booking fee.

Prices are dependant on the vehicle type needed. The driver will have the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage that would result in the vehicle bing unsafe while in transit. It is the passengers responsibility to make sure that the correct sized vehicle is booked and to notify ExpressWays at the time of booking.

The driver will assist you to load any luggage but is not responsible to any damages caused to the luggage.

Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that your vehicle is on time, we can not accept any liability for cars that do not arrive on time as all journies are subject to transport conditions outisde of our control. This includes liability for missed connections such as flights and trains. It is your responsibilty to book your journey with adequate travel time to accomodate for delays and traffic en route.

All property left in the vehicle will be returned to the ExpressWays office unless instruced otherwise. A charge may be levied if the item needs to be transported to another address which requires a seperate journey

ExpressWays Ltd and its drivers have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is through to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs or whose behaviour poses a threat to either the driver, the vehicle or another passenger.

ExpressWays maintains a strict non-smoking policy it all of its vehicles.

Any telephone calls made to ExpressWays may be recorded and stored for quality, training and security purposes
